Internship is going fantastic. I've answered the phone a few times, which is really the extent of my interning. The class has been working on these four minute pieces for over a month, and some of the kids still have around 29 seconds. These kids are complete failures. Today is the last day to transfer the song out of their respective computer and on to Mr. Brislin"s flash drive. By next week I will be subjected to the horrible pieces made by the students. I'll probably go into the back room and kick out the jams for a bit, maybe take a nap.
I love America (United States of). But I hate that there are so many people who have such a low intelligence level in this country. The class I intern for is just a bunch of failures, save a few, who wait until the last minute to do even the most remedial of tasks. And the one thing I do is taken from me by some dumb kid who feels the need to rush to the phone every time it rings. Some people.
